Nous serions heureux de vous accueillir en tant que Guest Relation Coordinator au sein de notre résidence hôtelière 5 étoiles La Clef Champs-Elysées à Paris A ce poste, votre rôle est d’assurer le suivi et le bien-être du client, avant, pendant et après son séjour. A ce poste, vous : - Garantissez une expérience raffinée et sur-mesure en accord avec notre marque The Crest Collection, - Fidélisez la clientèle en assurant leur satisfaction avant, pendant et après leur séjour, - Enregistrez les demandes et proposez des solutions adaptées, - Veillez à la bonne diffusion des informations et remarques auprès des différents services, - Etes l’interlocuteur privilégié de notre clientèle VIP, - Gérez les réclamations et répondez aux différentes demandes (retours-clients, commentaires sur les réseaux sociaux, questionnaires clients), - Assurez le soutien de l’équipe Front desk pour fluidifier le parcours client, - Assistez le Front Office Manager dans les tâches commerciales, la gestion de la qualité et la supervision. Les horaires types sont 8h-16h / 9h-17h / 12h-20h (planning défini mensuellement). Pour espérer être notre « perfect match »… - Vous maîtrisez l’anglais parfaitement, et vous pratiquez si possible une deuxième langue (espagnol, portugais, chinois, arabe, …), - Vous avez une ou plusieurs expériences réussies dans le monde hôtelier, - Vous avez une aisance relationnelle et commerciale, - Vous êtes créatif(ve), dynamique et avez le sens du service, - Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et satisfaction client, - Vous connaissez bien Paris et la région Ile-de-France, - Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, - Vous aimez travailler en équipe.
