We're seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest services, greeting guests, and assisting them with transportation, dining, and entertainment requests. They will also use the Property Management System to aid in their job functions and have knowledge of local city streets, dining venues, and major attractions.
The ideal candidate will be a pleasant, approachable, and friendly individual who can converse well in English and often knows a second language. They will work in shifts and perform admin duties when needed, handling feedback from guests and other departments and reporting it to the Front Office Manager. They will also be aware of the property's safety guidelines and support any approved workplace safety plans.
