The Guest Relation Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Office/Assistant Front Office Manager in managing the guest service department. This includes planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Concierge operation and administration to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the guest service department as a successful independent profit center.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager-Concierge or Guest Relation Manager.
- Clefs d'Or holder.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
