The Guest Relation Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Office/Assistant Front Office Manager in managing the guest service department. This includes planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Concierge operation and administration to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the guest service department as a successful independent profit center.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager-Concierge or Guest Relation Manager.
  • Clefs d'Or holder.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
