Key Account Sales Specialist

Advantech AURES is currently looking for a Key Account Specialist will engage with key clients and prospects, serving as a technical expert throughout the sales process. This role is essential for developing strong relationships with decision-makers and ensuring that customer needs are met with tailored solutions.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Business Lead
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical expert during the sales process, engaging directly with key prospects and customers.
- Develop and maintain advisory relationships with key decision-makers and technical influencers.
- Identify customer needs and customize solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Identify customer needs and tailor optimal solutions to address their specific business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on strategic prospects, leading technical discussions, customer calls, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Stay informed about AURES products and services to provide effective support to customers.
- Work with AURES' R&D and product management teams to align on customer solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in technical field sales roles such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Product Sales Manager.
- Strong knowledge and experience in IoT, smart retail, and point-of-sale technologies.
- Proven ability to drive decision-making among prospects and customers independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts. Proficiency in English is preferred,
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
