Ce qu’on vous propose

Tu rejoins notre équipe commerciale basée à Courbevoie (92).

Entre tes mains, une offre riche et complète qui se démarque de la concurrence : des solutions IT (informatique et télécom), de communication (téléphonie, visio, outils collaboratifs), d’impression et de gestion documentaire.

? Ton objectif est de développer le parc clients existant (70%) et de conquérir de nouveaux comptes (30%).

Pour soutenir la croissance du CA de ton secteur, tu vas :
  • Prospecter activement sur ton territoire (téléphone et terrain)
  • Analyser les besoins des clients et prospects
  • Etablir des propositions/devis détaillés de solutions à forte valeur ajoutée
  • Mener les négociations commerciales et assurer la prise d’ordre
  • Fidéliser le parc de clients existants

Les + du poste :

  • Nous te confions un beau portefeuille de clients actifs dès ton arrivée
  • Tu adresses une clientèle diversifiée : PME, TPE, ETI, administrations, professions libérales…
  • Tu gères des cycles de vente one shot ou sur plusieurs mois, selon la taille des projets
  • De nombreuses formations t’attendent, pour apprendre et performer
  • Tous les moyens sont mis à ta disposition pour réussir (CRM, prospects qualifiés…)

Nous recherchons un.e collègue qui aime la vente et les challenges

Pour être à l’aise sur ce poste, il faut être dynamique, autonome, avoir un bon relationnel et un vrai tempérament de commercial.

Idéalement, ton profil ressemble à celui-ci :

  • Au moins 2 ans d’expérience en vente chez un distributeur/constructeur dans la bureautique
  • Un vrai talent de chasseur et de négociateur
  • Une capacité à fidéliser tes clients sur la durée
  • Une bonne expression (orale et écrite)
