The KITE Program is a management trainee program that provides graduates with the opportunity to learn about all aspects of our business. You will rotate through different departments, gaining exposure to our operations, processes, and culture. You will be supported in your professional development through training and development opportunities.

Who can apply:

  • Fresh graduate or those with a maximum of 2 years of work/internship experience,
