- De fournir aux clients des expériences de services irréprochables, professionnels, haut de gamme et créatifs
- D’anticiper les besoins des clients et être réactif à chacune de leurs demandes et attentes
- De superviser et coordonner toutes les arrivées et départs des clients VIP, les accueillir personnellement lorsque cela est possible et dialoguer chaleureusement avec eux
- De promouvoir tous les équipements, commodités et avantages de programme VIP
- De coordonner et gérer la communication entre les clients VIP et les différents services de l’hôtel
- Une expérience réussie à un poste similaire au sein d’une structure équivalente est appréciée
- Une volonté et motivation à rejoindre un groupe ambitieux et en plein développement
- Une excellente maîtrise des codes et exigences du secteur de l’hôtellerie haut de gamme
- Un sens du service client ainsi qu’un sens poussé du détail et de la qualité
- Vous êtes souriant/e, diplomate et à l’écoute
- Personne de terrain, motivée à relever de beaux défis et projets
- Une très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
