Pour ce recrutement, nous avons été mandatés par une société de gestion basée à Paris qui créé des véhicules d’investissements et gère une gamme de fonds Real Estate.
Position
Notre client recherche un Fund Controller Real Estate H/F, afin de poursuivre le déploiement de ses activités et de croissance.
Description du poste
En tant que Fund Controller, vous pourrez :
- Appuyer les Fund Managers sur l’ensemble des aspects opérationnels liés à la gestion des fonds et le cas échéant, à la création de nouveaux fonds
- Participer à la vie des fonds
- Participer au montage de plusieurs dizaines d’opérations par an
- Comprendre la structuration de différentes opérations immobilières
- Suivi, analyse et synthèse des opérations gérées :
o Gestion de la trésorerie des projets dédiés
o Participation au processus des revues budgétaires des opérations
o Participation au processus d’évaluation des projets immobiliers
o Suivi des transactions et projets immobiliers des fonds
- Contrôle financier :
o Contrôle de la comptabilité des véhicules et des fonds, et établissement des valeurs liquidatives
o Être le référent et le garant de la comptabilité des fonds et des filiales
o Suivi du planning avec les cabinets d'Expertise Comptable pour les clôtures
o Pilotage des échanges avec les différents prestataires et gestion des audits externes (dépositaires, avocats, commissaires aux comptes, et experts comptables) ;
o Coordination des aspects comptables et financiers des transactions et projets immobiliers (documentation, suivi des flux, contrôle des paiements) en lien avec les équipes juridiques et les équipes de gestion et de promotion
o Participation à la préparation des bulletins semestriels, rapports annuels, et des supports des conseils de surveillance et Assemblées générales
o Interlocuteur dans le cadre des contrôles dépositaires
o Envoi de la documentation associée au dépositaire et cabinets d'Expertise Comptable
o Contrôle du passif
o Cadrage bancaire des souscriptions/rachats et distributions des fonds
o Reporting
o Missions annexes
Description de l’équipe
Vous rejoindrez une équipe passionnée et engagée, composée de Fund Managers, Fund Controllers et Analystes. Vous serez rattaché.e au Responsable du Fund Controlling pour qui vous serez un véritable pilier.
Profil recherché
- École de commerce, d'ingénieur ou université avec idéalement une spécialisation en finance/immobilier, DCG/DSCG
- Expérience de 3 ans en Audit Real Estate / Fund Controlling ou fonction similaire (hors stage, césure, alternance)
- Maitrise d'Excel, des modèles financiers et des méthodologies de valorisation
- Sens de l’analyse
- Aisance relationnelle, Interaction facile avec des interlocuteurs différents, expression facile à l'oral, et à l'écrit
- Fiabilité et sérieux
- Force de proposition et de solution, Adaptabilité
Conditions et Avantages
