Institutional Business Development Manager H/F

Key Responsibilities
- Initiating, developing and fostering Institutional Clients/Partners relationships such as Banks, Asset Managers, Family offices, Funds and Companies, whilst ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and providing reliable value
- Developing and implementing a marketing strategy and marketing initiatives
- Identifying potential market opportunities
- Negotiating pricing and conditions with clients and partners
- Suggesting new ideas on ways to improve our business objective and nurture our results driven and team oriented environment
- Monitoring of enquiries internally from other departments and from clients
- Pro-actively broaden and deepen relationships with existing & new customers through effective contact and delivery of the Swissquote product offering
- Providing a high quality service meeting customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and professionalism of response through the customer's preferred channel of distribution
- Providing continuous feedback to management in order to optimize existing procedures and tools
