Are you a Salesforce Solution Architect passionate about designing robust, scalable solutions in the manufacturing sector? We are recruiting for a talented Salesforce Solution Architect to join our end client, a major player in the manufacturing industry, on contract to hire or contract. You’ll be able to lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that will transform their operations.
Role Overview:
As the Salesforce Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in defining and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. You’ll be responsible for the technical architecture, integration, and delivery of solutions that improve productivity, enhance customer engagement, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect Salesforce solutions that address key business challenges in the manufacturing industry.
- Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Ensure successful implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions with ERP systems and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce architecture, including security, data management, and customisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between technical architecture and business processes.
- Support project teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring technical integrity and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud) and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
- Experience with system integrations, particularly with ERP platforms.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
