Rattaché(e) à l'agence de Lyon, l’account manager est en charge du développement commercial et de la gestion d’un ou plusieurs clients dans le domaine de l'Energie.


Il.elle est responsable l’atteinte des objectifs de croissance rentable et durable qui lui sont fixés, et du respect de la déclinaison de la stratégie commerciale du groupe sur son périmètre.


Vos missions


  • Mise en place d’un plan d'adressage client et déploiement.
  • Développement des comptes clients, négociation et closing.
  • Rédaction des propositions commerciales en garantissant les objectifs de rentabilité.
  • Recherche des informations commerciales et rédaction des réponses à appels d’offre en collaboration avec les delivery leaders.
  • En binôme avec les delivery leaders, animation de la relation client en privilégiant un rapport de confiance.
  • Suivi des activités chez les clients (suivi de mission, contrats, référencements,…) et veille au respect des accords commerciaux, des plans de prévention et des engagements juridiques.
  • Participation aux comités de pilotage des projets en engagement de résultats et mise en œuvre des plans d’action.
  • Déploiement des mesures visant à la satisfaction clients.
  • Maintient de la qualité des données renseignées dans les outils et du reporting commercial.


Votre profil


Diplômé.e. d’un Bac+5 type école d’ingénieur ou une école de commerce vous avez acquis une expérience sur une fonction commerciale, dans le secteur du service a forte valeur ajoutée, avec des interlocuteurs de hauts niveau.

Votre aisance relationnelle vous permettra de développer une relation de proximité et de confiance avec vos clients.

Vous savez travailler de manière autonome et vous responsabiliser sur les enjeux de votre périmètre. Pragmatique, vous avez conscience des difficultés du marché et faire preuve de créativité pour convaincre vos clients.

Vous savez travailler en anglais, à l’écrit et à l’oral.
