Hawkwood are currently partnering with one of the most exciting Generative AI pioneers, who are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead in Paris
Our client is a leading disruptor within their niche, and they have quickly risen to prominence by pitching themselves as a European competitor to one of the biggest AI tech companies. They are truly one of the most high-performing scale-ups, with a multinational, world-class research team .
Having recently closed an astonishing funding round, the Head of Talent Acquisition is keen to drive the evolution of the business. We are looking to make a key hire to lead on making A-player hires into the business. This is a newly created role that will be responsible for managing both non-technical and technical hiring.
What you can expect to be getting up to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with their business goals and growth plans.
- Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies across EMEA.
- Within the first 6 months identify and attract key Go-To-Market & Partnership hires across all levels, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
- Enhance employer branding to attract top talent by promoting their unique culture, values, and career opportunities.Use data to create a narrative around hiring, diversity & inclusion, candidate experience, and team communication & collaboration.
- Help improve internal process, documentation, tooling and talent market intelligence.
- Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting process.
Key skills and characteristics:
- You have a strong track record of hiring the top percentile of technical and/or non-technical talent at all levels, ideally both.
- Experience hiring across an international remit (UK andEMEA).
- Ideally, you have experience working within a technical environment (Computer Vision Scientists, Machine Learning Scientists, Research Engineers,etc.).
- Engaged in the importance of employer brand along with expertise in assessing the effectiveness of branding, comms and outreach strategies.
- Open learning mindset and fast learner, with a demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp: new and complex subject matters, new markets, areas, roles, and business initatives.
- Capability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, (speaking French is not a requirement).
- You are based in, or willing to relocate to Paris.
