Are you a strategic leader passionate about talent development and performance management? Do you have a knack for aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous learning?


As they continue to transform, the client we are representing is committed to driving innovation and excellence through their platform. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Lead to develop and implement talent strategies globally.


In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing talent acquisition, talent management, and talent development strategies. You will ensure alignment with regional and global Learning & Development (L&D) priorities and drive initiatives that promote a high-performing, inclusive culture.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in leading talent development and performance management in a large, complex organisation.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful talent development strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the talent market and challenges in professional services.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Passion for developing people and teams, fostering a culture of learning and feedback.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging data and insights for innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Align regional and global L&D priorities, providing strategic guidance and overseeing local deployment.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, utilising technology and data analytics to inform strategies and measure effectiveness.
  • Learning & Development: Develop human capital through targeted learning strategies and competency development, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Performance Management: Create and implement a robust performance management framework, promoting continuous feedback and recognition.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Partner with senior leadership to embed DEIB initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet talent needs and drive development initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and insights to support talent strategies and development reviews.


Key Skills:

  • Expertise in recruitment technologies (ATS, reporting tools, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Strong data analytics skills to inform talent strategies and measure effectiveness.
  • Experience managing DE&I within recruitment processes.
  • Ability to engage with diverse teams and company leadership as a trusted advisor.
  • Hands-on recruitment experience and deep understanding of sourcing strategies.
