Context


In a context of growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for France for our agencies : Atelier Athem, Atelier Lum, Bureau Betak, Lefty, Cztar, Bureau Future and The Independents holding. This is a job creation, and an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to partner closely with the business to select and hire top talent, from assessing a role and building a job descriptions to sourcing, selection and offer.


Your responsibilities


Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategy

  • You develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans
  • You work closely with hiring managers : you coach and make them aware of hiring’s challenges

Operational

  • You collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent gaps
  • You lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • You source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and referrals
  • You build pipelines, ensuring strong talent pools for key roles

Candidate experience

  • You implement best practices in recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • You partner with HR and hiring managers to design and implement onboarding programs for new hires

Partnerships

  • You build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards
  • You develop and maintain relationships with universities, associations, and other relevant organisations to attract top talent

Employer Branding

  • You develop and manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice


Reporting & improvement

  • You monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
  • You stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve talent acquisition processes


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Experience in employer branding and utilizing social media platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret recruitment data to drive improvements
  • And last but not least, you are familiar with the luxury industry

Contexte


Composée d’une HR Manager en charge de 2 de nos agences (Karla Otto et K2), d’une Payroll & Admin Assistant, et d’une DRH, l’équipe RH France se construit et s’enrichit

Dans un contexte de croissance, nous créons un poste de Talent Acquisition Manager pour la France sur les agences : Atelier Athem, Atelier Lum, Bureau Betak, Lefty, Cztar, Bureau Future et The Independents holding. Beaucoup de choses sont à construire avec une grande place laissée à la prise d’initiative.



Missions


Rattaché(e) à notre DRH France et au sein de l’équipe RH, tes missions sont notamment les suivantes :


Stratégie

- Tu développes et mets en place des stratégies d’acquisition de talent alignées sur les objectifs du Groupe

- Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec les managers : tu les coaches et les sensibilises aux enjeux de recrutement


Recrutement opérationnel

- Tu travailles avec les managers pour comprendre les besoins et construire des fiches de poste attractives

- Tu gères le processus de recrutement de A à Z : sourcing, chasse, entretien, offre

- Tu identifies les meilleures sources pour nous permettre de recruter efficacement (sites d’emploi, réseaux sociaux, cooptation…)

- Tu crées des viviers de talents pour les besoins récurrents et les postes clés


Expérience candidat

- Tu es garant(e) de l’expérience candidat et mets en place les meilleures pratiques de recrutement en t’assurant que nos candidats aient un parcours fluide, rapide et transparent

- Tu collabores avec les équipes RH et internes pour garantir un onboarding aux petits oignons


Partenariats

- Tu es le point de contact des partenaires externes (job boards, cabinets…)

- Tu développes et entretiens des échanges avec les écoles, universités, associations ou autre organisations pertinentes pour attirer les meilleurs talents


Marque employeur

- Tu es force de proposition sur les sujets de marque employeur et collabores avec les équipes en interne


Reporting et amélioration continue

- Tu effectues un reporting minutieux et analyses les datas pour proposer des recommandations

- Tu effectues une veille régulière pour te tenir à jour des meilleures pratiques de recrutement


Et si tu en redemandes

Selon tes souhaits et ta charge de travail, tu pourras t’impliquer sur des projets annexes



Profil


  • De formation type Ecole de commerce ou équivalent universitaire avec une spécialisation en RH, tu as de l’énergie à revendre et souhaite mettre en place tes idées dans un environnement dynamique et challengeant.
  • Avec une expérience minimum de 5 ans, tu es un(e) recruteur(se) aguerri(e) : tu maîtrises les rouages de l’entretien et as à cœur de construire la meilleure expérience candidat.
  • Tu aimes travailler en équipe et ta bonne communication te permet d’embarquer les managers avec toi pour avancer efficacement.
  • Tu es conscient(e) de l’importance d’une marque employeur attractive (mais pas mensongère).
  • Analytique, tu te sers des datas et KPIs pour améliorer tes process.
  • Enfin, une connaissance du luxe et des profils de ce secteur est importante pour compléter les talents de l’équipe RH.
