About the Role:
Broadcom Inc. is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality legal services and support to our business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial transactions, including sales, channels, IP licensing, SaaS, on-demand, outsourcing, managed services, joint development, and procurement transactions with large multinational companies.
- Assist in the negotiation and management of agreements, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Supervise and direct outside counsel, as needed.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge, skills, and processes within the legal team.
- Lead legal initiatives and special projects, as required.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant professional legal experience, with expertise in commercial and corporate legal issues, and intellectual property law.
- Experience in handling and resolving disputes and/or litigation in various jurisdictions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad audience, including engineering, marketing, sales, and finance professionals.
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong academic and professional credentials, with a qualified Bar admission.
