Depuis mi-2018, nous faisons partie de Plasma-Therm, un leader mondial des solutions à base de plasma pour les composant semi-conducteurs, les MEMS, la puissance, les photo masques, le packaging avancé, l'analyse des défaillances et la R&D. INGENIEUR PROCESS
Enjeux/Missions du poste :
- Développer de nouveaux procédés (RIE/ICP-RIE/PECVD/HDP-CVD) en accord avec les besoins commerciaux et la feuille de route R&D
- Qualifier les nouveaux équipements vendus lors des acceptances internes et sur le site client
- Participer aux évolutions et aux qualifications de nouveaux équipements répondant aux besoins du marché
- Rédiger des rapports de synthèse sur les développements réalisés et assurer la capitalisation du savoir-faire au sein de l’entreprise
- Analyser régulièrement la littérature scientifique
- Apporter un support technique et process au service support de la société
- Participer à la commercialisation des solutions de PlasmaTherm (avant-vente et après-vente)
- Participer à la capitalisation du savoir-faire au sein de l’entreprise
- Supporter le service commercial pour la définition de la configuration de la machine pour obtenir les spécifications voulues par le client.
- Supporter les équipes en tensions en fonction de leur charge de travail (Production, SAV…)
Connaissances techniques :
- Connaissance de la physique et chimie des procédés de dépôt et gravure par plasma
- Connaissance des technologies RIE/ICP-RIE/PECVD/HDP-CVD/ALD
- Connaissances en science des matériaux (diélectrique, semi-conducteur)
- Connaissances en métrologie des couches minces (SEM, AFM, XPS, BOE, ellipsométrie, profilométrie).
- Connaissance des processus de fabrication de dispositifs semi-conducteurs
- Pratique du design par expérimentation (DoE)
- Connaissance des sources RF, ICP et de la technologie du vide
- Capacité à lire des plans
Expérience :
- Minimum BAC+5, ingénieur ou docteur dans le domaine du semi-conducteur, de la chimie ou de la physique
- Une expérience dans l’industrie au sein d’une PME serait un plus.
Profil :
- Curieux, avec une volonté d’apprendre et d’évoluer dans un environnement technique pointu.
- Rigueur et capacité d’organisation

Conditions :
