Role Description :


As Strategy and Alliances Manager, you will be responsible for a small direct and indirect team developing recommendations to key market trends and strategic problems through structured analysis, nurturing our relationship with Industry Analysts and steering Orange Cyberdefense’s strategic vendor partnerships globally. A strong leader, you will influence and work in strong collaboration with stakeholders across our organisation, at Global and France levels and across Orange Business.



· Your main responsabilities regarding Partnerships :

- Continuously refine and drive Orange Cyberdefense’s overall partner strategy, partner segmentation and operational model in coordination with Global, France and Orange Business stakeholders.


- Oversee the activities of Global Strategic Partner Leads, ensuring the successful deployment of local initiatives with strategic partners across the global footprint, capitalising on business plan, offer and service development and co-innovating best practices in close alignment with local partner lead, global and local stakeholders across Orange Cyberdefense and Orange Business.


- Consistently articulate Orange Cyberdefense’s value proposition with Strategic Partners to boost growth in Managed Security Services and Professional Services with the partners.


- Continue to grow Orange Cyberdefense’s marketplace offering, presence, and business aligning go-to-market (GTM) efforts on specific marketplace offerings to maximise the impact.


- Own and manage the approach, agenda and content for global business reviews, partner advisory boards, executive briefings, partner day for Strategic Security Partners in strong collaboration with Global, France and Orange Business stakeholders.


- Represent Orange Cyberdefense at partner events and regularly attend meetings, conferences, partner and project connects.



· Your main responsabilities regarding Strategy and Analyst Relations:

- Analyse and identify market, competitor, partner and customer trends and developments, to assess risks and opportunities articulating how these should inform and direct changes to Orange Cyberdefense strategic priorities, offering, capabilities, partnerships and marketing.


- Share insights on key trends and developments with the Orange Cyberdefense Management Board, key leaders and the wider organization, synthesizing complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations for each audience.


- Nurture relationships with Industry Analysts, conduct enquiries and briefings; contribute to Request for proposals and Analyst events, ensuring company strategies, capabilities and portfolio meet their expectations.


- Refine enterprise-level strategy storytelling to effectively influence Industry Analysts, Global Strategic Marketing and Global Communications.




Key skills and qualifications :


You have 5 to 10 years experience with a proven track-record in managing strategic partnerships within a cyber security vendor or MSSP.


You have experience in strategy consulting, alliances management or corporate strategy teams within the security or technology sector.


You are known for your excellent relationship building skills, especially in a multi-cultural and multi-national environments, with the ability to inspire and guide teams not reporting directly to you.


You have solid communication skills and proven ability to craft strategic narratives and storytelling of a Board-ready quality.


You are internally motivated, positive, enthusiastic and self-starting.


You are fluent in French and English.
