Als „Customer Success Manager“ verwalten Sie ein Portfolio von Unternehmenskunden um sicherzustellen, dass diese das Produkt optimal nutzen und weiterhin zufriedene und treue Kunden bleiben.
- Verwalten eines Portfolios von Enterprise-Kunden und Sicherstellen des Gesamterfolgs des Kunden (vom Onboarding bis zur Vertragsverlängerung, einschließlich Engagement, Akzeptanz und Kundenzufriedenheit)
- Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Behandlung von Problemen durch Rücksprache mit dem Supportteam
- Empfehlung, Leitung und Durchführung von Aktionsplänen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Plattform, des Change Managements und der Einführung
- Initiierung und Koordinierung von Produkt- und Technikexperten bei gezielten Supportprojekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams (Marketing, Vertrieb, Produkt), um den Kunden die bestmögliche Unterstützung zu bieten
- Aktualisierung der Kundendatenbank und Reporting der Aktivitäten und Umsätze
Profil
- Masterabschluss und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer kundenorientierten B2B-Funktion in einem Software- oder Saas-Unternehmen oder Erfahrung mit Unternehmensinnovationen
- Starkes Interesse an Innovationen und Kenntnisse der SaaS-Branche
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachen-Niveau mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sie in der Lage gute Beziehungen zu internen Teams aufzubauen und zu pflegen und effektiv zu kommunizieren
- Außerdem kennen Sie sich mit Verkaufszyklen in einem wettbewerbsintensiven Markt aus
- Sie haben ein starkes Interesse die Kundenzufriedenheit und den Erfolg ihrer Kunden bei der Nutzung der Lösungen ständig voranzutreiben
