Job Summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Customer Service organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our largest and most strategic accounts in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized success plans to drive customer adoption and growth across multiple product lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and technical teams to understand customer security priorities and translate them into actionable success plans.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and ensure renewals, and work closely with post-sales teams to deliver value to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout their journey, focusing on value realization and managing customer escalations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements.
  • Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers, with expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, network security, or security operations.
  • Proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with C-suite executives and technical teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
  • Expertise in customer guidance throughout their journey, focusing on value realization and managing customer escalations.
  • Fluent French speaking skills alongside English is required for this role.
