About Us:

Avancer Sans Peur is an association committed to fighting school bullying by raising awareness, supporting victims, and fostering a positive educational climate. Our goal is to equip both youth and adults with tools to understand, prevent, and respond to bullying. We’re seeking a proactive and creative Community Manager to lead and implement a full-scale communication plan that aligns with our mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

As the Community Manager, you will design, execute, and manage a comprehensive communication strategy from the ground up. Your role will include:


  • Develop Communication Strategy: Create a communication plan to promote our campaigns, programs, and support services aimed at combating school bullying.
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content (written, visual, video) tailored to different platforms including social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), newsletters, and websites to raise awareness about bullying.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Create and execute awareness campaigns, including partnerships with influencers and media outlets.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, fostering discussion and building strong relationships with followers.
  • Monitor & Evaluate Impact: Track and report on the success of communication initiatives through KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the team to ensure the communication strategy is in sync with the association’s activities, such as workshops and educational events.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in creating and managing communication plans from scratch.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online community building.
  • Excellent communication skills with a creative approach to storytelling.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media analytics tools.
  • Passion for youth advocacy, mental health, or educational initiatives is a plus.
