Position Description

Currently seeking experienced Brand Representative & Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts; identifying opportunities to expand the customer base, driving business, growing market share and brand awareness.

Ours is a exciting, fast-paced environment, so the successful candidate must be an effective multi-tasker who is hard-working, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to quickly pivot and reprioritize tasks as circumstances require.


Key Resposibilities

  • Managing the relationship with existing accounts, expanding the distribution network and the customer service.
  • Identify new wholesale customers and structure deals with them, based on approval from the Sales Director.
  • Brand ambassadorial role during market visit and at key trade shows and events, to support markets and promote the brands across the region.
  • Collect and manage the analysis sell-out reports from customers.
  • Use effective communication to new and existing customers every season to introduce the latest collection.
  • Deliver the Training programs in the assigned geographical area contributing to business growth and meeting the needs of the Country and Stores.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative reports to the Sales Director. Understand specific retailer or distributor requests pertaining to business development.
  • Responsible for engaging, monitoring and developing relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the organization.
  • Work closely with Merchandise & Marketing team to implement brand initiatives.
  • Assist the Finance department with invoices, debit and credit note queries


Position Requirements

· 2+ years of work experience specific to Sales, Marketing and Commercial Strategies.

· Ability to be creative and strategic in driving the business as position is performance driven.

· Excellent inter-personal, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Strong organizational and planning skills.

· Driven and detail-oriented with a focus on results and solutions. Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.

· Proactive attitude, thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

· Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

· Must speak French and English. Fluency in other languages is a definite plus.

· 5 years of eyewear industry experience, preferably in Sales division of luxury brands.
