We are looking for a skilled Industrial IT Manager to lead a team of engineers, developers, technicians, and automation specialists. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to drive innovation and ensure the reliability of critical industrial systems in a highly regulated environment integrating and maintaining industrial applications while ensuring compliance with industry standards.


Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Saclay Paris & 2 days working remotely)

Salary: €65-70K annually + benefits (no bonus)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of business applications.
  • Lead the integration of industrial applications for local and global projects.
  • Manage incident resolution and implement necessary system changes.
  • Supervise and guide a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals.
  • Collaborate with global and local IT teams to ensure system optimization.
  • Ensure installations meet pharmaceutical and nuclear compliance standards.
  • Manage service, maintenance, support, and license contracts.
  • Handle budget management for projects and operational needs.
  • Report on project progress and ongoing activities to key stakeholders.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Industrial IT, Automation, or Engineering (BAC+4/+5).
  • Experience: At least 5 years in Industrial IT, particularly in a regulated industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with industrial IT systems (DCS, SCADA, PLC, PMS, BAS, Wonderware), as well as cybersecurity and networks.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and budgets, and oversee complex projects.
  • Soft Skills: Organized, rigorous, autonomous, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Focused on achieving results in terms of safety, quality, deadlines, and costs.
