McCann Health Paris, a leading healthcare communications agency, regularly awarded for its creativity, present in more than 20 countries and with 1,900 experts, works with pharmaceutical companies, doctors and healthcare specialists on communications aimed at healthcare professionals and the general public.

Our areas of intervention are centered around fields such as oncology, neurosciences, cardiology, targeted therapies but also on consumer health products.

As part of the development of our agency in France, we are looking for our future Global Account Director.

In this strategic position within our International Department, you will report directly to the Global Brand Director and, in liaison with the medical and creative teams, your missions will be as follows:


Management and business development

- You develop the portfolio of affected customers (detection of new opportunities, making contact with new clients, etc.),

- You ensure that customer expectations are met at all levels through ongoing communication with the customer and account team members.


Participation in Calls for Tenders

- You actively participate in New Biz calls for tenders and take part in their response,

- You will be involved in the costing, methodology and planning of briefs.


Project monitoring

- You manage the framing phase of projects,

- You draw up the appropriate commercial offers and manage negotiations with clients,

- You follow the profitability of the projects,

- You will ensure that the project is carried out correctly (compliance with the schedule and customer expectations),

- You advise customers on a daily basis,

- You manage the customer interface in terms of production: monitoring and control of production,


Management

- You will support a team of Account Managers in monitoring the production of the projects for which you are responsible.


Required profile


- We are looking for an Account Director with at least 5 years of experience in client management in an international context, in a health agency,

- With a keen sense of customer relations, you have a perfect knowledge of project management as a whole,


- You know how to establish a relationship based on trust and are able to bring new projects to the client's attention,

- You know how to manage projects in multidisciplinary teams,

- You are bilingual in English.
