About the Role

MCCANN ERICKSON PARIS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Account Manager to join its Beauty Team, dedicated to L'Oréal Paris. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, collaborating with a global team to deliver innovative marketing and communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and digital, to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, including L'Oréal Paris, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of marketing solutions.
  • Oversee local market developments, from brief to roll-out, working closely with McCann agencies, Regional Business Leads, and the Executive Creative Director.
  • Champion the origination of local activations, allowing markets to sustain growth locally.
  • Act as the central link between McCann/Countries, our global team, and key L'Oréal Paris senior clients.
  • Ensure smooth development from initial brief to final presentation, participating in local pitches as needed.
  • Oversee worldwide markets, handling strategic, creative, and operational needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency as an account manager, with a strong background in marketing and communications.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for creative work and a good understanding of brand strategy.
