Dans le cadre de la forte croissance de notre practice Achat, nous recherchons pour notre bureau parisien, un consultant Contract Manager pour renforcer l'équipe de l'un de nos client.


Vos missions :


  • Intégrité contractuelle : Assurer l'intégrité des pièces contractuelles et analyser les obligations des parties pour évaluer les risques associés pour l'équipe projet.
  • Répartition des obligations : Distribuer les obligations contractuelles au sein de l'équipe projet.
  • Exploitation des documents : Utiliser et rapprocher les documents contractuels tels que plannings, échéanciers financiers, interfaces logistiques, et mémoires techniques.
  • Suivi des obligations : Veiller au respect des obligations contractuelles.
  • Gestion de la correspondance : Collecter, exploiter, et classer les courriers et emails échangés avec le client.
  • Rédaction de courriers : Proposer et rédiger des courriers et des demandes de variation de contrat (prix et délais).
  • Facturation et encaissements : Établir les factures et suivre les paiements.
  • Garanties et réclamations : Suivre les garanties, rédiger des réclamations et intégrer ces réclamations dans la stratégie globale de réclamation.
  • Support au Procurement : Gérer les réclamations des sous-traitants et préparer des ordres de changement (COs).
  • Conseil contractuel : Fournir des conseils sur les risques et opportunités contractuels.
  • Négociations diverses : Préparer et négocier avec les clients, gérer les transferts partiels de contrats, et enregistrer les événements contractuels.


Compétences et qualités requises :


  • Expérience : Minimum 10 ans dans la gestion de contrats clients (EP ou EPC) dans le secteur de l'ingénierie.
  • Compétences contractuelles : Excellente compréhension et maîtrise des enjeux des contrats de fourniture d'équipements industriels.
  • Langues : Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais oral (indispensable) et aisance rédactionnelle en français et en anglais.
  • Négociation : Expérience avérée en négociation de réclamations/accords avec les clients.
  • Stratégie : Capacité à formuler des propositions et à établir des stratégies basées sur les termes du contrat.
  • Communication : Bonne capacité à communiquer avec les collègues.
  • Adaptabilité : Capacité à s'intégrer et à s'adapter au sein d'une équipe.
