Junior Account Manager


Location: France

Required: Previous experience in sales account management in the renewable energy industry, industrial and commercial market

We are seeking a top-tier candidate to join our dynamic sales team at STS, a global leader in renewable energy. With operations in 16 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia, we are dedicated professionals committed to advancing the global renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities


  • Gather and analyze market trends, and industry developments in your assigned region to identify business opportunities.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored sales plans that align with industry trends and company offerings.
  • Act as the primary post-sale contact, providing exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Regularly update management on client account status by preparing detailed reports on sales performance and project milestones.
  • Proactively build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and support.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services that align with clients’ energy projects and market needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers and the sales team to develop and execute customized sales strategies.
  • Clearly communicate product features, pricing, and benefits to clients to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Assist in contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations, while maintaining accurate documentation for all sales interactions and contracts.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in renewable energy or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in sales roles, sales account management, key account management, or similar, within the renewable energy industry in France.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering enduring customer relationships.
  • Technical knowledge of photovoltaics (PV) and other renewable energy solutions, coupled with a strong understanding of US market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling successful collaboration with customers and teams from diverse cultures.
  • Track record of thriving in both independent and collaborative work environments.
