Chez Inetum, notre équipe, composée de professionnels expérimentés, est à la recherche d'un(e) Engagement Manager H/F pour se renforcer dès que possible. Nous croyons en l'importance de l'expertise, du travail collaboratif et de l'innovation continue.

En tant qu'Engagement Manager, vous serez responsable de :
  • Intervenir sur des projets applicatifs: Apporter votre expérience pour gérer
  • Gérer un portefeuille de projets clients importants : Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients grâce à une gestion rigoureuse et proactive.
  • Manager des Centres de services et des équipes nearshore : Coordonner les équipes pour garantir la qualité et l'efficacité des livrables.
  • Gérer un P&L de bout en bout : Assurer la rentabilité des projets tout en respectant les contraintes budgétaires.
  • Manager une équipe d'une centaine de personnes : Évaluation, management de carrière, développement des compétences RH, etc.
  • Participer aux avant-ventes : Apporter votre expertise en design de solutions, valider les coûts et les marges.
  • Développer la relation clients par foisonnement : Identifier et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités chez nos clients existants.


Profil

Nous recherchons une personne qui connaît bien le monde des ESN et qui est résolument tournée vers ses bénéfices. Votre expérience et vos compétences vous permettent de naviguer efficacement dans cet environnement exigeant.
  • Expérience significative dans la gestion de projets applicatifs et la gestion de P&L.
  • Compétences managériales solides : Gestion de grandes équipes, développement de talents, etc.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et relation client.
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les directeurs de projet et les chefs de projet.
