Le poste

Vous effectuez des missions en tant que Chef de projet Data au sein d’une équipe jeune, neuve, dynamique et innovante.


Vous intervenez sur des projets majeurs pour digitaliser les process métiers (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, CRM…) de nos clients & transformer leurs usages de la data


Vous aiderez nos clients data & métiers à identifier leur pain-points et concevoir des solutions sur-mesure et adaptées à leurs besoins.


Vous prenez le lead sur :

  • Le cadrage et le pilotage du projet
  • Le recueil de besoins (MOA) et l'animation des ateliers des métiers
  • La mise en œuvre de méthodologies projet (Agile, Kanban )
  • Le suivi des plannings & budgétaire
  • La participation au développement d’offres innovantes et leur promotion
  • La rédaction de propositions sur mesure et leur soutenance chez le client


Selon vos compétences & appétences vous serez amener à travailler sur :

  • La réalisation de maquettes et interfaces (Figma, PPT)
  • La conception de dashboards (PowerBI)
  • La réalisation d’applications métiers sur PowerApps
  • La création et optimisation de communuatés data sur Sharepoint Online
  • L'apport de bonnes pratiques UX


Compétences attendues

Formation initiale

  • Bac +5 issu d’une Ecole de commerce (cursus business ou management de projets) avec un intérêt pour les sujets data & digitaux.


Connaissances ou expériences

  • Vous possédez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en MOA / Gestion de projet où vous avez travaillé en cycle en V et/ou Agile pour une équipe métiers.
  • Vous avez déjà pu découvrir un écosystème technique (VBA, Access, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau …)
  • Vous avez une bonne culture IT et vous souhaitez évoluer dans un milieu data-driven

  • Doté d’un excellent sens du relationnel et capacité d’analyse
  • Excellentes compétences écrites et très bonne éloquence
  • Proactif et ambitieux, vous cherchez l’amélioration en permanence
  • Pédagogue, esprit d’équipe
