Descriptif du poste :
Nous recherchons un.e IT Project Manager pour intégrer notre équipe. Vous serez en charge de la livraison de projets digitaux ambitieux dans des contextes diversifiés. Vous aurez pour mission de garantir l’atteinte des jalons cibles avec efficacité. Vous mettrez en œuvre les compétences requises pour prioriser et fiabiliser les avancées des projets IT, en instaurant une confiance durable avec les équipes et vos clients.
Responsabilités principales :
- Gestion et livraison de projets de déploiements IT/ digitaux complexes
- Définition des objectifs, du planning et des critères de réussite
- Pilotage des différentes étapes du projet et suivi rigoureux de plans d’actions
- Coordination et mobilisation des équipes autour d’objectifs et jalons communs
- Animation d’ateliers, en s’assurant que les participants se focalisent sur les sujets prioritaire
- Analyse des contextes existants et cibles, afin d’identifier les actions de transformation à mettre en œuvre, les problématiques à adresser et les améliorations à apporter
- Faire le lien entre les besoins fonctionnels et les volets techniques des solutions digitales
- Apport d’un regard critique et constructif visant à cadrer les besoins, à évaluer les solutions et à être force de proposition
- Gestion des échéances et relances auprès des acteurs du projet dans le but de sécuriser le respect des dates cibles
- Évaluation et modération proactive des risques
Qualifications et compétences :
- Diplôme de niveau Bac+5
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de déploiement IT/ Digitaux
- Expertise avérée dans des environnements à forts enjeux et délais serrés
- Analyse et résolution de problèmes complexes
- Challenge des besoins exprimés avec pragmatisme
- Esprit de synthèse et empathie pour expliciter les options possibles
- Capacité d'adaptation et autonomie
- Aptitudes pour le travail d'équipe dans des contextes pluridisciplinaires
- Sens du leadership pour mener les équipes à l’atteinte des jalons clés du projet
- Bon communiquant, à l’écoute de ses clients et collègues
- Une expérience en management opérationnel est un plus
- Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel
