Poste basé dans le Loiret (45)
Rattaché hiérarchiquement au Directeur Supply Chain de l'usine et à la tête d'une équipe de 40 personnes, votre rôle consiste à gérer et optimiser les flux internes des pièces depuis leur réception jusqu'à leur expédition, tout en garantissant l'exactitude des stocks.
Dans ce cadre, votre mission porte sur les éléments suivants :
- Piloter en temps réel la performance des équipes et veiller à la consolidation des résultats de production en fin d'équipe.
- Piloter les ressources pour atteindre les résultats et adapter les effectifs au volume de production.
- Mettre en place des actions correctives immédiates, mobiliser les fonctions supports, construire les plans d'actions correctifs et piloter les actions d'améliorations.
- Veiller à ce que les indicateurs QCD (Qualité, Coût, Délai) reflètent les attentes du client.
- Assurer l'exactitude et la bonne réalisation de l'inventaire annuel (grâce à la rigueur identique de réalisation des inventaires tournants hebdomadaires).
- Manager les équipes opérationnelles logistiques en s'appuyant sur les Superviseurs : définir les priorités, montrer visuellement la (ou la non) réalisation du PDP et anticiper les aléas d'organisation : gestion effectif, polyvalence, absentéisme
- S'assurer de l'implémentation des outils et des bonnes méthodologies au sein du service pour garantir l'exactitude des stocks, le respect des implantations et la réactivité du service.
- Être le référent logistique du secteur sur l'intégration des nouveaux produits, participer à la maitrise des flux physiques et administratifs.
Profil : H/F, doté d'un diplôme Bac+2/5 avec une spécialisation en logistique ou supply chain, vous êtes dotés d'une expérience globale de 4 années minimum dans une fonction similaire vous ayant permis de développer de réelles compétences logistiques et de management.
Cette expérience aura idéalement été réalisée dans un environnement industriel automobile afin d'appréhender les problématiques liées notamment à la gestion et l'optimisation des flux internes, et la gestion des stocks.
Doté d'un réel leadership, vous savez embarquer les équipes par votre esprit fédérateur et votre capacité à convaincre. Vous êtes à l'aise dans les environnements challenging, supposant agilité, pragmatisme, implication et forte motricité.
