À propos du poste
Rattaché(e) à la Talent Manager du pôle, vous êtes le/la responsable RH d’une population d’environ 70 consultants. Vous les accompagnez dans le cadre de leur développement et du suivi de leur carrière. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble de l’équipe RH et du Consulting staff.
Responsabilités
Business Partner :
- Composer des équipes de consultants en fonction des projets vendus et des besoins business, des besoins en développement des consultants ainsi que de leurs souhaits et contraintes personnelles
- Se positionner en réel « business partner » avec les Managing Director et les Chefs de projets afin de répondre à leurs besoins de staffing (allocation des ressources): aider à l’identification des profils et expertises des consultants
- Revue hebdomadaire du pipeline de projets avec les Managing Director
- Se coordonner avec les responsables staffing des autres bureaux de la région afin de déployer des ressources à l’international, si nécessaire
- Assurer le suivi du taux d’occupation des ressources et anticiper le niveau de l’activité
RH de proximité et développement des carrières :
- RH de proximité (~70 consultants) : intégration des nouveaux consultants, entretiens réguliers avec les consultants, prévention des risques, suivi des besoins de développement des consultants
- Coopérer avec les équipes locales et régionales de développement des carrières
- Contribuer aux comités carrières mensuels
- Participer activement aux chantiers transverses (bonus, KPI, amélioration continue, etc.)
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes recrutement, formation et mobilité
Qualifications
De formation BAC+5 (école de commerce ou équivalence universitaire), vous avez acquis une première expérience significative au sein d’une fonction de conseil ou RH et vous disposez d’une réelle appétence pour les RH. Vous avez développé une expérience de 4 années, idéalement dans un environnement de conseil, et vous souhaitez vous développer au sein d’un cabinet de conseil en forte croissance. Une expérience en recrutement est un plus.
