Poste : Responsable au nom du Comité de Direction (Codir) de la planification, de la coordination et de l'exécution du plan d'actions stratégiques de transformation de Digital Solutions, vous facilitez une coopération efficace entre les membres du Codir et les équipes concernées.

Vous accompagnez la SVP Digital Solutions dans la préparation et l'instruction des dossiers à présenter au Comex Suez / ou aux Codirs de divisions.

Vous garantissez que tous les sujets clés pour le positionnement, le " Go to Market " (GTM), le pricing, la supply chain (etc) - pour l'ensemble des produits et services de Digital Solution - sont bien délivrés.

Vous assurez la mise en oeuvre des plans de transformation en lien avec les Solutions Lines, la Factory, les Directions fonctionnelles et au besoin les BUs et parties prenantes du groupe.

Vous contribuez au management par KPI et son amélioration continue.

Vous garantissez la bonne organisation et le bon fonctionnement des organes de gouvernance centraux et avec les équipes Opérations des différents pays.

Enfin, vous interagissez en permanence avec des parties prenantes basées dans le monde entier (en Europe, en Amérique du Nord et en Asie du Sud-Est notamment).

Vos activités principales sont les suivantes :
- Prendre en charge les analyses de marketing stratégiques en étroite collaboration avec les pays, en apportant un cadre, de la méthode, des analyses quantitatives et des idées,
- Coordonner et planifier les sujets importants à présenter en Codir et en Comité de Pilotage,
- Vérifier la bonne préparation de ces sujets par les responsables pour garantir la qualité des échanges et décisions en Codir,
- Contribuer au bon fonctionnement de la gouvernance en gérant les sujets stratégiques en fonctions des priorités, de l'urgence,
- Définir et mettre en oeuvre des méthodologies de gestion de projet adaptées aux besoins de l'entreprise,
- Assurer le suivi et le contrôle de l'avancement des projets, en identifiant et en résolvant les problèmes potentiels,
- Pour les projets transversaux, agir en tant que point de contact principal entre les membres du Codir et les équipes de projet,
- Faciliter les réunions de projet, en préparant et en distribuant les ordres du jour, les comptes rendus et les rapports de suivi,
- Assurer une communication fluide et transparente entre les parties prenantes, en fournissant des rapports réguliers sur l'état d'avancement des projets,
- Développer et maintenir des outils de suivi et de reporting pour mesurer la performance des projets,
- Garantir un monitoring de qualité pour les plans d'action notamment décidés en Codir ou sur des sujets clés nécessitant un suivi rigoureux.

Profil : De formation BAC+ 4/5 de type Ecole d'Ingénieur ou Ecole Supérieure de commerce, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en cabinet de conseil ou au sein d'un groupe innovant dans les solutions technologiques digitales (idéalement acquise dans des domaines connexes : Utilities, Engineering, Transport, Smart Cities etc).

L'expérience du " Go To Market " de Solution digitales à l'international serait un plus.

La maîtrise des outils et méthodes de marketing stratégiques, d'analyse de marché, de segmentation et de pricing est requise.
Une certification en gestion de projet (notamment PMI ou Lean management) serait un réel atout.

Votre anglais est courant.

- Capacité à influencer et à négocier avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation,
- Très fort sens de l'organisation et très bon esprit de synthèse,
- Aptitude à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés.

Dans un contexte de plus en plus concurrentiel, l'équipe Suez Digital Solutions se veut très ambitieuse. Elle souhaite assoir le leadership mondial du groupe dans le domaine de l'eau et accélérer dans l'activité déchets, en multipliant par deux le chiffre d'affaires du groupe concernant ses activités digitales d'ici à 2027.

Suez Digital Solutions est organisé autour de 3 grandes familles de solutions (" solutions lines " : en charge de l'édition produit) et d'une direction des opérations (en charge du déploiement et de l'exploitation des projets clients dans les différentes régions).

Les 3 lignes de solutions sont :
- Smart Metering & Smart Cities (> 6 millions de compteurs connectés déployés dans le monde),
- Water Operations & Assets solutions (solutions logicielles de gestion globale du cycle de l'eau et de pilotage des investissements dans les infrastructures, > 1500 plateformes déployées),
- R&R Solutions & Customer Portals (solutions digitales pour optimiser la gestion des déchets, de la collecte jusqu'aux différentes filières de valorisation).

La division des opérations est constituée d'une équipe centrale, essentiellement basée en France, et de départements basés dans les pays / régions stratégiques pour le développement de Digital Solutions (à savoir, à date : France, UK, Italie, Amérique du Nord, Australie / Nouvelle Zélande et Chine/Asie).
