Poste : Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

* Conseiller toutes les lignes métiers de la banque d'investissement et de financement sur leurs activités transfrontalières ;
* Développer et déployer le dispositif de formation auprès du personnel de la banque d'investissement et de financement ;
* Préparer et animer les comités de gouvernance dédiés ;
* Assister dans l'analyse des évolutions réglementaires ;
* Analyser et conseiller la banque sur les aspects transfrontaliers liés au lancement de nouvelles activités et produits ;
* Conseiller les équipes de contrôles de conformité dans le développement de leur plan de contrôle annuel ;
* Développer, mettre en oeuvre et maintenir des politiques et procédures efficaces visant à prévenir tout risque de défaillance de conformité lié aux activités transfrontalières et de se conformer aux réglementations, lois et codes applicables ;
* Participer à la bonne mise à jour de la cartographie des risques de conformité en identifiant et évaluant les risques de non-conformité liés aux activités transfrontalières ;
* Répondre aux demandes de l'audit, des métiers et du management sur le dispositif de gestion du risque transfrontalier ;
* Promouvoir la culture de conformité au sein de la banque ;
* Encadrer un Compliance Officer qui vous secondera sur vos missions.
Profil : Une expérience en tant que Juriste spécialisé dans le secteur financier est indispensable.

Au moins 6 ans d'expérience au sein d'un poste similaire ou en conformité dans une banque BFI.
