We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead and manage our global human resources operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support our business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure the growth and development of our talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic input on organizational development, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee global recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent across all levels.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated successfully.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Performance Management:

Qualifications:
Education:

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality or service industry.
- Proven track record in managing HR functions across multiple countries.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
