Job Title: Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Our client, a leading global technology consulting firm, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of Talent Acquisition to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that ensures a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with senior leadership and business unit heads to understand current and future hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor global hiring trends and adjust strategies to address emerging talent acquisition challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and attract diverse talent.
  • Represent the company at global conferences, industry events, and forums, speaking on talent acquisition trends, strategies, and the future of work.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global or multinational organization.
  • Global perspective with extensive experience managing talent acquisition across multiple countries and regions.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, social media platforms, and other digital tools to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in French and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
