Adevinta a lancé une initiative de transformation financière pour faire évoluer Adevinta Finance vers un nouveau modèle opérationnel, avec des fonctions financières centralisées (par exemple FinOps, contrôle de gestion régional, etc.) et un partenaire BPO mondial avec des bases à Cluj en Roumanie et à Bangalore en Inde. Nous avons établi notre siège mondial à Barcelone lors de la création d'Adevinta en 2019. C'est là que vous trouverez la plupart de nos équipes de fonctions centrales, bien que nous ayons également des personnes basées dans nos autres principaux hubs à Paris, Amsterdam et Berlin.Nous sommes à la recherche d'un expert en achat-paiement (P2P SME). Il s'agit d'un poste hybride, directement rattaché au Responsable P2P et dont le bureau est basé à Paris.Principales responsabilités :Assistance aux utilisateurs finaux :Vous serez le premier contact des utilisateurs finaux en ce qui concerne les Vous dépannerez et résoudrez les problèmes liés à la gestion des fournisseurs, au traitement des factures et aux processus de paiement.Formation et développement :Vous élaborerez et dispenserez des programmes de formation sur les processus P2P et l'utilisation des systèmes à l'intention des employés à différents niveaux.Vous créez du matériel de formation, de la documentation et des guides pour soutenir l'apprentissage continu.Mise en œuvre et amélioration du système :Vous collaborerez avec les services informatiques et les parties prenantes concernées pour mettre en œuvre, mettre à niveau ou améliorer les systèmes P2P.Vous veillerez à ce que les configurations des systèmes correspondent aux exigences de l'entreprise et aux besoins des utilisateurs.Optimisation des processus :Identifier les possibilités d'amélioration des processus dans le cycle Purchase to Pay.Travailler avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour mettre en œuvre des changements qui améliorent l'efficacité et la conformité.Communication avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes :Communiquer avec le BPO et les parties prenantes internes pour répondre aux demandes et aux préoccupations, et établir des relations de collaboration.Fournir des conseils sur l'intégration des fournisseurs et la gestion des performances.Analyse des données et établissement de rapports :Analyser les données P2P pour identifier les tendances, suivre les KPI et générer des informations exploitables.Produire des rapports réguliers pour la direction afin d'évaluer l'efficacité du processus.Qui êtes-vous ? +5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Comptable qualifié (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.) avec une expérience post-qualification. Expérience et utilisation de logiciels ERP (SAP) et d'outils d'automatisation : SAP Vendor Invoice Management APP (VIM)Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, d'autres langues étant un atout. Expérience de la conduite et de la réalisation d'améliorations des systèmes/processus et de la mise en œuvre de projets au sein d'une organisation financière.
