About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert, Real Estate to join our team at Finance Active. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our ARGUS Solutions and their applications in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ARGUS Solutions and their applications in the real estate industry.
- Design business processes in partnership with customers to highlight the features and advantages of the platform.
- Sales Support
- Join pre-sales conversations to develop an understanding of customer business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design models, make onsite or remote product demonstrations.
- Reply to client requests for information.
- Provide marketing support for white papers, product videos, webinars, and more.
- Relationship Building
- Develop and manage strong internal and external relationships.
- Collaborate with Altus business units on strategic accounts and with client services to properly position service deliverables in the sales process.
- Product Roadmap
- Work with the product management group to ensure the product development roadmap reflects customer priorities.
- Travel
- Travel 40-50% of the time to customer sites, conferences, etc. as required to support the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate, real estate software, or real estate consulting.
- Experience in enterprise system deployment, underwriting, asset management, portfolio management, valuations, investment management, or business intelligence.
- Native French speaker.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think 'on your feet' when faced with challenging questions in the sales environment.
- Ability to quickly establish key facts and requirements to articulate the company and the value proposition of the software.
