En tant que Design Director, vous aurez la responsabilité de :
Identifier les besoins et le comportement des utilisateurs grâce à des observations, des entretiens, des enquêtes, des analyses et des tests utilisateurs.
Transformer l'expérience client : Définir les objectifs et exigences clés du design, avec nos clients et les équipes produits et customer journey
Diffuser le design au sein d'Orange Business en créant un langage commun et un ensemble de pratiques (eg. modèles d'expérience utilisateur, wireframes, design system...) .
Diriger des équipes pour designer des parcours clients digitaux world-class dans le cadre d'une approche omnicanale afin d'optimiser la conversion et la satisfaction client
Développer les compétences de l'équipe design et animer une communauté engagée
Missions principales :
Transformer l'expérience utilisateur :
Auditer les meilleurs pratiques du marché afin de nourrir et enrichir notre design
Effectuer des recherches utilisateurs pour informer, itérer et valider le design produit
Faciliter les séances de travail avec les équipes et les utilisateurs pour définir les objectifs et exigences clés du design
Diriger les efforts d'expérience utilisateur et de design produit pour l'équipe, en garantissant la livraison d'un produit de haute qualité et directement celle des portails digitaux
Produire des graphiques et des composants visuels de qualité supérieure, ainsi que de
Profil recherché
Expérience professionnelle :
Vous avez une expérience en design (15+ ans) au sein d'organisations ou d'agences orientées design.
Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans des postes de direction design avec un solide track-record.
Expérience dans plus de 5 versions majeures de produits (ou de portefeuilles) .
Expérience dans un contexte international et multiculturel
Compétences :
Leadership et développement communauté - Capacité à gérer une équipe diversifiée composée de plusieurs disciplines et répartie sur plusieurs zones géographiques. Capacité à forger une forte relation de confiance entre l'équipe et nos partenaires.
Communication - Aptitude à convaincre en interne et en externe de manière claire sur des sujets complexes. Capacité à faire comprendre rapidement et efficacement le potentiel du design dans une organisation ;
Talent pour le design démontrable - Maitrise dans la recherche utilisateurs, les outils du design et la création de parcours et d'interfaces différenciantes et intuitives afin de garantir le niveau de l'équipe et mieux attirer des talents. Expérience avec plusieurs organisations souhaitée.
Management - Être à l'aise avec la gestion d'un département (eg. embauches, priorisation et allocation des équipes, budgétisation) .
