Quelles sont les missions ?

Notre client est une société familiale italienne référente sur le secteur de l'ameublement et de la décoration.

En tant qu'ambassadeur de la société en France, vous aurez la responsabilité de développer et pérenniser la marque sur le segment indoor (meubles, décoration et accessoires).

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de la Division Indoor basé en Italie, vos principales missions en qualité de Directeur Commercial H/F seront les suivantes :

- Gérer, développer et coordonner les activités en France ;
- Réaliser des analyses et des plans d'action en adéquation avec la stratégie de l'entreprise ;
- Ouvrir et superviser les nouveaux partenaires ;
- Motiver et stimuler un réseau de vente ;
- Recruter et manager un réseau d'agents.

Poste à 100% en télétravail ; 50% de déplacements seront à prévoir dans le cadre des négociations, de l'animation et le management de votre réseau d'agents.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Profil recherché :
Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède au moins 5 années d'expérience professionnelle en tant qu'Area Sales Manager ou Key Account Manager dans le secteur de l'ameublement.

Compétences professionnelles :
- Négociation avec des enseignes indépendantes et chaînées ;
- Capacité à encadrer un réseau d'agents au national ;
- Orienté(e) solutions, impliqué(e) et engagé(e) ;
- Compétences organisationnelles et analytiques ;
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.

Compétences linguistiques :
- Un niveau d'anglais courant est souhaité dans le cadre d'échanges avec la maison mère.
