Quelles sont les missions ?
LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, intérim spécialisé, management de transition et évaluation d'expert.e.s, cadres et dirigeant.e.s, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, une banque espagnole de renom, un Global Banker (H/F) pour son centre d'affaires parisien.
En intégrant un Centre d'Affaires Entreprises situé dans le 9ème arrondissement de Paris, vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié d'entreprises des secteurs Industrie, Transport et Pharma.
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Exécution de la stratégie commerciale : Définir une stratégie commerciale pour chaque client en termes de risques et de commerce, en alignement avec la stratégie sectorielle définie par le vôtre direction ;
- Relation commerciale : Établir une relation de confiance avec les clients, détecter des opportunités d'affaires dans les opérations de financement d'entreprise, les financements structurés, la banque d'investissement ou la trésorerie. Veiller à la réalisation des objectifs et surveiller l'évolution des clients et du marché pour identifier les opportunités de nouvelles affaires et de nouveaux clients ;
- Contribution au développement sectoriel : Identifier les changements du marché et contribuer au développement de nouveaux produits demandés par le marché, en les soumettant aux approbations nécessaires ;
- Collaboration interne : Encourager le contact avec les autres membres des équipes commerciales de l'agence, de la Banque d'Entreprise Espagne, les spécialistes de produits de la Banque d'Investissement et des Financements Structurés ainsi que les membres d'autres secteurs commerciaux de la banque ;
- Préparation de rapports : Préparer les rapports relatifs aux opérations de financement prévues, en coordination avec les Analystes de Risk Management ;
- Mise en œuvre de politiques commerciales : Contribuer à l'implémentation des politiques et stratégies commerciales de produit pour maximiser les ventes et les marges ;
- Collecte d'informations : Rassembler les informations nécessaires à la préparation des rapports internes de la banque et les distribuer aux équipes concernées ;
- Gestion des positions clients : Maintenir les positions des clients à jour et surveiller les informations de gestion quotidienne pour détecter les alertes de risques. Gérer et suivre l'utilisation optimale des lignes de crédit autorisées à ses clients.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Diplôme Bac+5 de type École de commerce ou Université, avec une spécialisation en Finance d'Entreprises, Gestion des risques, Économie ou Gestion.
- Capacité d'analyse et aptitude à établir et activer des réseaux.
- Bon niveau d'anglais et niveau intermédiaire en espagnol.
- Goût du résultat et autonomie.
- Expériences antérieures ayant développé votre capacité d'adaptation et votre capacité à collaborer au sein d'une équipe.
- Maîtrise du pack office.
