In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead for your region the deployment of our new Territory Management and Planning tools
- Own for your region the Territory Planning yearly process with Sales Leaders to update Sales team territories: own the preparation of datasets and tests, coordinate, and execute annual Territory Planning reviews, including training sessions
- Be a referent for your region for Territory Management: guide and advise sales leaders in the Planning phase, ensure Territories are properly set up and updated in a timely manner
- Own detailed reporting and governance activities to optimize Cytiva Territory Management Process, produce ad-hoc territory performance analytics for leadership The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, or marketing with work experience
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office skills essential (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); experience with , Oracle Territory Management preferred.
- Motivated, outcome driven, process-oriented, highly structure individual with strong data analytical skills; able to solve complex problems.
- Communication and Influencing skills, able to interact professionally and present to various people in the organization while achieving our team goals
- Team player with proven abilities to prioritize achieving common goal(s) within agreed deadlines. At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
