  • Accompagner nos clients : assurer un suivi régulier et personnalisé de chaque client pour s'assurer de leur satisfaction et résoudre leurs problèmes.
  • Optimiser l'utilisation de nos solutions : former et conseiller les clients pour maximiser l'utilisation et l'impact de nos solutions de paiement dans leur activité.
  • Favoriser la fidélisation : développer et entretenir des relations solides avec nos clients, comprendre leurs besoins et anticiper leurs attentes.
  • Identifier des opportunités de développement : repérer les opportunités d'upsell et cross-sell pour proposer des solutions additionnelles adaptées aux besoins des clients.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes : travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente, marketing et produit pour améliorer l'offre de Stancer et répondre aux retours des clients.

Profil recherché


Ce poste te correspond si :

  • Tu es passionné(e) par la satisfaction client et as une forte orientation service.
  • Tu es empathique et sais écouter et comprendre les besoins des clients.
  • Tu es réactif(ve) et proactif(ve) dans la résolution de problèmes.
  • Tu as d'excellentes compétences en communication et sais adapter ton discours à différents interlocuteurs.
  • Tu es à l'aise avec les technologies de paiement et souhaites travailler dans une entreprise innovante et en pleine croissance.
  • Tu possèdes une première expérience en gestion de la relation client, de préférence dans le secteur des technologies ou des services financiers.

Des connaissances techniques dans les solutions de paiement ou les technologies associées sont un plus.
