About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to join our team at Goodays. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with sales managers to close deals and develop project plans that meet customer needs.
  2. Ensure fulfillment of contracted deliverables and provide deployment best practices to maximize customer success.
  3. Act as a project manager for the technical implementation of our solution, maintaining regular communication with customers and collaborating with internal teams.
  4. Accelerate outcomes and remove blockers to ensure engagement success.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience driving onboarding activities in a SaaS solution. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously are essential. Proven experience working directly with customers and excellent communication skills are also required.
