Sales Account Manager

Rattaché.e à la direction commerciale, tu accompagneras deux comptes clients clés (agence média) dans la mise en place de leurs campagnes.
Tu travailleras pour cela en transverse avec toutes les équipes (Studio, Trading) depuis la prospection, à l'identification des besoins clients, en passant par la recommandation stratégique, la mise en ligne du dispositif jusqu'au bilan de fin de campagne afin d'assurer la satisfaction client.
Tes missions seront les suivantes :
Identifier et comprendre les besoins et objectifs de tes clients sur leurs activations publicitaires
Élaborer des propositions stratégiques adaptées en collaboration avec les autres équipes (Studio et Trading)
Développer et pérenniser les relations clients existantes
Conserver un contact client permanent afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités
Assurer le suivi de tes campagnes en lien direct avec l'équipe trading, les fournisseurs et partenaires.
Effectuer une veille marché et construire la stratégie opérationnelle pour proposer des produits adaptés à tes clients.
Pour réussir sur ce poste, il te faut :
2 ans d'expériences sur un poste similaire au sein d'un acteur de la publicité média
Un très bon relationnel et le sens de la satisfaction client
Une excellente communication écrite et orale
Être organisé(e), rigoureux(se), curieux et autonome
Une appétence pour le monde du digital
