Le Key Account Manager a pour mission d'augmenter le chiffre d'affaires et la marge brute d'ACMÉ à partir de la clientèle qui lui a été confiée et de celle qu' a prospectée. doit veiller en permanence à la satisfaction de ses clients et contribue en toutes circonstances à diffuser une image positive d'Acmé.

Ton rôle, si tu l'acceptes :

Account management Assurer la gestion de ton portefeuille clients : tu auras la responsabilité complète des comptes et des renouvellements / rétentions de contrats, tout en créant des opportunités pour augmenter les revenus. Tu utiliseras des méthodes d'up selling et des propositions de méthodologies innovantes et adaptées à leur environnement. Convertir les leads entrants : analyser les demandes, gérer la relation client et comprendre leurs enjeux et objectifs explicites et implicites Soutenir l'équipe Projet au cours de la réalisation du projet en gérant la relation client Créer un lien étroit avec nos clients pour construire une relation durable avec eux et générer de la récurrence Sales Ops Nourrir et utiliser notre CRM (Hubspot) au quotidien, être le garant de la fiabilité des données, et accompagner la mise en place d'automatisation Analyser nos KPIs et proposer des actions pour améliorer nos résultats Conception des Pitchs Clients en lien avec l'équipe Ops : transmettre ta compréhension du besoin client et de ses enjeux stratégiques à l'équipe Planning Stratégique pour construire le meilleur pitch afin de construire ensemble la meilleure offre commerciale possible Collaborer avec les différentes équipes internes pour améliorer le product marketing, le pricing et la satisfaction clients Le KAM sera chargé de développer un pipeline de vente en identifiant des interlocuteurs pertinents, provenant de son réseau et de celui d'Acmé, pour générer des leads qualifiés, tout en effectuant des actions de prospection adaptées conformément à la stratégie commerciale.
