Nous recherchons un(e) Contrôleur de Gestion Projet au sein de notre siège localisé à Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93, accessible via les lignes 13 et 14 du métro francilien).
Notre poste est à pourvoir pour notre ligne d'activité Systèmes Digitaux et Intégrés (D&IS).
Elle rassemble plus de collaborateurs dans le monde et répond aux défis de la mobilité mondiale pour le transport de passagers et de marchandises grâce à la digitalisation. Ses solutions visent à offrir une mobilité sûre et fluide aux passagers et aux opérateurs, en optimisant en temps réel les performances de la signalisation et de la multimodalité, et en fournissant des solutions de connectivité et de conduite automatisée.
Capitalisant sur son infrastructure complète et son expertise clé en main, elle vise à fournir aux clients des zones urbaines, des régions et des pays des solutions totalement intégrées dans leur environnement à une époque où les besoins en matière de transport augmentent.
L'environnement de travail :
Votre portefeuille inclura différents projets de signalisation en France ainsi qu'à l'export, essentiellement externes pour un montant de chiffre d'affaires de 10 à 60 millions d'euros chacun.
En qualité de Contrôleur de Gestion projet (H/F) et sous la responsabilité du Responsable Contrôle de Gestion Projets, vous jouez le rôle de support financier pour les équipes opérationnelles des Projets dont vous avez la responsabilité.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Préparer les revues de projet périodiques du projet avec le Chef de Projet et la « core team » reflétant une juste situation du projet à fin d'affaire
- S'assurer de la transparence de la situation financière du projet en veillant au respect des procédures interne de l'entreprise,
- Proposer des actions d'amélioration pour l'ensemble des indicateurs financiers : vente, coûts, cash ...
- Contribuer aux analyses de Risques et Opportunités,
- Fournir les rapports financiers du projet (commandes, prévisions de ventes et dépenses, marges...)
- Garantir la pertinence des données financières lors de la clôture mensuelle,
- Établir chaque mois la facturation client et assurer le suivi des encaissements
- Mettre en place, suivre et ajuster les couvertures de change ainsi que les cautions et garanties sur projet,
- Participer aux processus de Forecast et Budget,
- Participer à la migration de vos projets dans le nouvel outil de suivi de projet (Ody.c)
- Jouer un rôle d'interface avec les autres services du groupe : reporting groupe, taxes, trésorerie, contract management, ...
Le profil recherché :
- Titulaire d'un Master 2 (Université ou IAE) en Finance/Contrôle de Gestion/Audit ou diplômé(e) d'une Ecole de Commerce avec une spécialisation en Finance,
- Vous diposez d'une première expérience en contrôle de gestion dans un contexte international,
- Vous savez faire preuve de proactivité et de capacité de priorisation,
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'analyse et votre rigueur,
- Vous disposez de très bonnes qualités relationnelles et de communication,
- Vous avez un niveau courant en français et en anglais,
- Vous maîtrisez Excel et avez idéalement déjà travaillé sous SAP.
