Advise to Run HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions
- ADVISE : Nous accompagnons nos clients dans la transformation de leur fonction RH, à travers une redéfinition de leur organisation RH et de leur digitalisation SIRH
- IMPLEMENT : Partenaire des principaux éditeurs du marché, nous réalisons des projets de mise en œuvre technique et fonctionnelle de toutes les solutions SIRH (SaaS ou On-Premise)
- RUN : Grâce à notre expertise paie globale, nous proposons à nos clients plusieurs degrés d'externalisation de paie
Rattaché(e) à notre entité d'intégration, vous interviendrez en tant que Consultant(e) Workday Adaptive Planning, au sein de la practice Workday, et serez en charge des missions suivantes :
Projet de mise en place de l'outil Worday Planning
- Participer à toutes les phases de mise en œuvre de Workday Planning
- Rédiger les documents nécessaires au projet (conception, tests d'acceptation...)
- Animer et participer aux ateliers fonctionnels
Assistance au pilotage de la maintenance de l'outil Workday Planning
- Suivre l'avancement des livraisons des corrections et des évolutions par l'éditeur
- Participer aux tests
- Assurer l'assistance au déploiement global de l'outil
Management et formation
- Participer au projet d'aide au choix d'une solution,
- Assurer la formation et le support de la solution finale auprès des utilisateurs,
- Superviser les équipes métier et former les consultants juniors
- Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans les métiers de la Finance
- Idéalement, vous maîtrisez Workday Fi et avez déjà particpé à des projets de déploiement de solutions Finance (SAP Fi, Workday)
- Vous connaissez Adaptive Insights et/ou Adaptive Planning
- Vous êtes déjà intervenu(e) sur des projets à l'international et / ou des projets internationaux
- Vous saurez allier dynamisme, rigueur, capacité d'écoute et d'analyse, et esprit d'équipe pour travailler dans un environnement de projet innovant et motivant. Vous disposez également d'une bonne capacité d'adaptation et d'une aisance orale.
- Vous êtes mobile géographiquement et maitrisez parfaitement l'anglais
