Sur le site de Lestrem, vous intégrez le service des Utilités qui a en charge la fourniture d'utilités pour l'ensemble du site. (90 personnes)

Vous rejoignez l'équipe Support Technique et Procédés (3 personnes) qui, parmi ses nombreuses fonctions, assure la collecte des données d'activité industrielle.

En charge de la modernisation de nos système de collecte, de traitement et d'analyses de données,

Vous travaillez en transversal avec les services du Digital, les équipes locales et l'ensemble des encadrants du service pour mener à bien cette transition numérique.

Le poste et les missions :

INFORMATIQUE

Modernisation des pratiques de collecte de données industrielles

Création d'interface saisie d'encours de production

Refonte des rapports d'exploitation

Algorithme de numérisation des rapports PDF

Automatisation des archivages

Gestion des datas consolidées

STATISTIQUES

Intégration des statistiques au cœur des systèmes de production

Cartes de contrôles

Prévisions statistiques

Étude d'implantation de Machine Learning / Jumeaux numériques

Algorithme de traitement et nettoyage des données (analyse de la dérive)

ORGANISATIONNEL

Déploiement des solutions de power BI au sein du service

Outils d'affichage, de partage et d'analyse de données

Analyse fonctionnelle des flux de données

Rédaction des logigrammes de gestion de données

Rédaction des bonnes pratiques d'archivage et de traitement de données.

Formation des utilisateurs et propriétaires.

Ce que nous allons aimer chez vous :

Vous préparez un diplôme ingénieur Bac+4/Bac+5 en informatique et analyse de données.

Compétences requises :

Maitriser du développement informatique (Base de données, Python, Java, C, etc.)

Maitriser les systèmes informatiques industriels de base, (Visual basic, Open Source....)

Rédiger et mettre en forme des documents, des notices et des supports de formation

Avoir un esprit de synthèse,

Organiser et animer des réunions,

Mais aussi:

Vous avez le sens de l'organisation et du service, une capacité à s'intégrer dans un milieu technique de terrain, vous vous avez le sens de l'organisation et des priorités, vous êtes rigoureux et précis. Enfin, vous avez le sens de la confidentialité.
