Mission :
The ATR Marketing department is involved in many transverse topics within the company, with the aim to positively influence the perception of our products and support sales campaigns by demonstrating added value of ATR aircraft in the airline operations. Our expertise in the analysis, and communication of information is one of the key value-adding features of our department.
We are looking for a talented and motivated creative marketing designer who can help us extend and enhance our customer experience. The successful candidate must possess excellent creative thinking, with the ability to maximize impact through targeted marketing content and experiment new communication technologies. As Creative Marketing Designer, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand ATR aircraft, services and ATR's market position. You will steer content, and graphic design to deliver exciting visuals that hook our customers to engage with ATR. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will create new insights and messaging, with the aim of raising the profile of ATR at sales campaigns and influencing aviation stakeholders.
Activities :
- Work with Market Strategy to understand new trends
- Work with Product Marketing to understand ATR aircraft and services competitive advantage
- Work with Airline Marketing to understand specific markets
- Turn quantitative & qualitative and technical analyses into meaningful and catchy visuals, presentations
- Improve the visual impact of Marketing deliverables (especially PPt slides)
This apprenticeship is designed for you :
You are a student in art, graphic design, marketing/communications, or other relevant fields.
You can demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
- A solid understanding of design
- Ability to translate complex topics into impactful visuals
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of product brand and multichannel marketing models
- Must be a creative thinker with a strong eye for design.
- Not afraid to think differently and challenge the status quo.
- A team player
- Some experience in creative & marketing agency is welcome
- Understanding of commercial aviation is welcome
- Innovative, self-starter, creative
- Ability to abstract and synthesize
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint
* Languages
- English Negotiation level
- French would be a plus
* IT Competencies
- Photoshop Suite, Illustrator, Indesign
* Social Competencies
- Good ability to synthetize & communicate efficiently
- Team spirit & relational skills
- Adaptable to diverse topics, audiences, and cultures
- Creative, able to express new ideas and adhere
