Les équipes de cette activité contribuent à la collecte, au tri, au démantèlement, au recyclage, à la valorisation et la commercialisation de nouvelles ressources et des services spécialisés sur sites et industriels.
VOTRE MISSION
Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines Fonctions Transverses de Suez Recyclage et Valorisation France (RVF), nous recherchons un.e Human Resources Business Partner expérimenté.e pour relever les défis passionnants liés à la gestion des ressources humaines au sein de plusieurs filières transverses & auprès d'une population majoritairement cadre.
Conseil et Accompagnement :
- Vous apportez votre expertise aux managers opérationnels en veillant à la mise en œuvre efficace de la politique RH, des accords, des processus et des projets RH. Vous êtes le garant du bon déploiement des initiatives RH au sein de votre périmètre.
- Vous conseillez les managers dans la définition de leurs besoins RH en utilisant les leviers à disposition tels que la mobilité interne, l'alternance, la formation, le recrutement, les people reviews et la gestion de carrière.
- Vous jouez un rôle clé dans le suivi des collaborateurs au sein de Suez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe développement rh, la Direction Juridique et sociale, les plateformes administratives et de paie, ... dans une logique de fonctionnement matriciel.
Vous êtes forces de proposition dans la gestion des ressources humaines auprès des responsables d'équipe/filière & êtes identifié comme l'interlocuteur privilégié.
Gestion des IRP : vous participez à l'animation d'une instance représentative du personnel, veillez à la bonne application du droit social, aux accords collectifs et à la qualité du climat social.
Projets RH Nationaux : Vous contribuez activement au déploiement des projets RH nationaux, notamment les campagnes d'entretiens, les plans d'actions suite à enquêtes d'engagement, Diversité, et la gestion de la marque employeur.
VOTRE PROFIL
Justifiant d'une formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5 avec une spécialité en Ressources Humaines et/ou en Droit du Travail, vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum à un poste de généraliste RH idéalement auprès de fonctions support multi sites et maîtrisez la gestion d'instances représentatives du personnel dans des contextes matriciels.
Vous avez développé des compétences solides en matière juridique et de gestion RH et avez un très bon relationnel et du leadership. Vous faites preuve de pédagogie et d'une forte capacité d'analyse, de rigueur et d'empathie.
